These cutters are excellent for any timber based material like MDF, Ply, Chipboard and many more. The DLC coating gives the cutters a longer life and a sharper cut for longer. These cutters move through timber like butter and last! we have cut through 20mm in 1 pass and at speed.
Up cut/Down cut spiral (leaving a clean finish on both faces of material)
Cut diameter 6mm and cut length is 22mm and are capable of cutting 20mm in 1 pass.
When purchased you will receive a download link for adding the tool into your vectric tool library. Please add a 22° ramp when using this tool
Why DLC ? DLC stands for Diamond like carbon this enable lower friction and higher wear to resistance it also enhances the hardness of the tool. Promoting longer tool life.
